Combining my thorough understanding of and education in physiology, biomechanics, and anatomy, my unique perspective breaks away from the usual practice of propping and adjusting to modify poses. Instead, I teach a creative method of moving that requires no "modifications", yet is still attainable for every ability and body.
This weekend is designed to provide you with the skills to practice and move out of pain, improve flexibility, build strength, and participate fully in your life with confidence and ease. My approach is inclusive of all bodies. The practice that I teach empowers people to build their own flexibility and strength in a progressive way. It's about moving your body today and beginning to learn sustainable healthy movements from wherever you are (on and off the yoga mat).
