To do my part to help "flatten the curve", I have transitioned some of my most popular classes online to help us stay connected and moving while practicing physical distancing.
We will check in at the beginning and end of the class but, other than that, your microphones will be muted and you will have the option of turning your videos off during the workshop and turning your mic back on if/when you need to ask a question or participate in discussion, so don't worry if you have a busy home practice space or if you are sensitive to being viewed on screen.
If you’ve never used Zoom before, I found this one minute video very helpful. I encourage you to download the app beforehand and log into it 10 minutes before the posted start time of your workshop.
