Online Workshops

Online learning makes education accessible and practical. Take these pre-recorded courses and enjoy all the information on your own time. For yoga practitioners looking to gain more information or yoga teachers seeking to improve their skills and gain CEUs in the process. What are CEUs?

Those registered with The Yoga Alliance are required to attain 30 hours of Continuing Education (CE), at least of 10 of which must be Contact Hours (a.k.a. "in person"). CE hours should be spent learning something new. This course is eligible for eight CE hours with the Yoga Alliance, as I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider (YACEP). The YACEP designation is designed for experts in the yoga community. By participating in this training, teachers registered with the Yoga Alliance can count this training toward meeting eight (8) Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits.

Functional Feet (75-minutes)

Gain or reclaim function in your feet and experience the benefits from your toes to your ankles, knees, hips, back, and whole body! In this workshop we work to create a clear understanding of the biomechanics and practical anatomy of the feet before learning how we can make minor changes in all of our movements from the ground up to increase strength and range-of-motion while decreasing pain. With this new lens, our lives can expand as our function improves and we decrease our risk of injury. The feet are so complex and incredibly impressive once you understand the crucial role they play in movement. 

​This workshop is perfect for:
  • Runners and other athletes;
  • Stiff/sore desk workers;
  • Anyone with foot dysfunction (flat feet, Plantar Fasciitis, bunions, etc.);
  • People with sore hips;
  • Those with low back pain;
  • People with knee pain; and
  • so much more (your body is all one interconnected organism).

Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health (90-minutes)

​Join me for one of my favourite workshops all about pelvic floor health. A healthy pelvic floor provides support for your entire body. Everyone needs pelvic floor health. Knee, hip, back, shoulder, and/or neck pain can be associated with a dysfunctional pelvic floor, as can more obvious signs like leakage when you laugh or sneeze, pain, or constipation. Improving your knowledge about, awareness of, and function of your pelvic floor is an important part of your health and wellbeing. 

This workshop will teach you all about this master muscle group as well as empower you with mobility, strength, and coordination exercises that you can practice anytime you find yourself standing, sitting, laying down, or squatting in your daily life.
