Change the story in the back of your mind that tells you that you aren't worthy. This training will help you invite more love and appreciation into your life so you can strengthen your relationship with yourself and build self-esteem that lasts. We'll gather in a group as well as one-on-one with me two create structured practivcl protocols alongside tools to make peace with your emotions (even the ones that feel crappy and overwhelming) and let go of beliefs that may be holding you back. This isn't about adding more to-dos, goals or deadlines to your list or inviting one more person to boss you around (seriously, you don't need more of those). 12-Week
All wounding comes from a lack of love. But our essence IS love.

You’ll reconnect with yourself by:

- Becoming your own ally and best friend.
- Developing the mindset that can guide you through life.
- Learning to trust and believe in yourself.
- Seeing yourself in a new light, by finding your own light.
- It’s about investing in your healing and your growth.
Combining Modalities from Ancient Wisdom and Modern ScienceThis is a holistic, curated program that will work with your mind, your body, your emotions and your energy.
We use a combination of practices ancient wisdom to modern science. We use neuroscience and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques along with embodiment techniques, breath work and other energy work to get you unstuck and moving forward.
It is a 12-week journey designed to take inwards and upwards. The journey is yours and only yours and we’ll be there to support you.
Your facilitators are women who have been through this journey themselves and have been leading others through it for years.
We believe science and spirituality go hand in hand. We’ll show you all about it.
We use cognitive behavioral therapy, journaling, mirror work to help you reprogram you neuropathways.
Energy & breath workWe use breath work and the shifting and moving of energy within our body and space to shift from the old to the new.
Embodiment WorkMovement, experiencing and embodying at the core of this program and in working with the feminine.
Visualisation WorkWe do guided visualizations and meditations to harness the power of your subconscious mind.
12 online classes (1 x week)
Each week we will have a class on Mondays 1.5 hours + questions. You can revisit them & re-watch them as often as you’d like! We teach you the mindset, vocabulary and tools you need to do the deep inner work. See topics when you download the full program.
6 live half-day workshops. (2 x month)
A live workshop with the facilitators every other Saturday. This is where we integrate the knowledge, work with each other and with the brilliant facilitators working with you live. (Workshops are normally $180-250 each.)
12 group coaching calls (1 x week)Check-in calls every Thursday you can attend for us to connect, share and explore what we’re going through. At least one of the facilitators will be present to prompt you and help you navigate anything that comes up.
Actionable tasks each week.
Self-confidence requires action, it’s what harnesses the brain’s neuroplasticity to create change. Every week you will have either one-off actionable or a daily practice. We will hold each other accountable for that.
Workbooks, worksheets and additional resources.After every class you will have some questions to answer either on the platform, as a worksheet or journaling prompt. Classes may come with additional optional resources like articles, books or videos.
Monthly Exclusive Sessions ambassadors and mentors.Our ambassadors will come on and share their story regularly. We will also host exclusive our ‘Roundtable’ Talks, workshops, talks andmentoring sessions regularly.
Access to private group chat + group with coaches.This is where we will share our progress, post some of the actionables.
An Accountability GroupYou will be assigned an accountability group to check in regularly with.
Class + Questions every MondayClasses will be recorded and sent to watch on your own time before the Thursday session.
Group Coaching Calls Thursdays Group calls will be live for 2 hours every Thursday at 7:30 pm AEST (Melbourne, AU).
Workshop every other SaturdayThis is where we go deep for 4 hours at 6 pm AEST (Melbourne, AU for two Saturdays per month. (It goes by so quickly!)
Weekly Actionables You will have tasks to complete. Usually journaling prompts, filling out worksheets, or other assignments. Approx 1-2 hour per week.

- Become more assertive by using 3 simple rules for saying no (and what to do if someone gets pushy even after you’ve said no).
- Replace perfectionism with healthier and happier habits that will help you to get more done with less stress and anxiety.
- Deep down feel like you truly trust yourself to be able to handle life and making the important decisions.
- Handle mistakes and failure in a way that allows you to keep feeling good about yourself and to learn from what happened.
- Discover your factual strengths and weaknesses and a more balanced and nuanced perspective towards yourself and your world.
- Talk back to your own inner critic, stop it before it can damage you and your life even more and then replace it with healthier habits.
- Cultivate more compassion and understanding for yourself and for other people.
- Finally lay off and overcome your own most self-critical and most self-esteem damaging thought habits about how you look, think and how you want to live your life.
- Find your most important dreams and set up goals and effective strategies that will help you reach those dreams and fulfill your untapped inner potential.
- Stay on course while you work towards what you want and to not self-sabotage when you get it.
- Truly feel deserving of having and getting more good and great things in your life.
- Simply stop feeling lousy or negatively about yourself and start feeling good about yourself and happier on the inside.
- Let go of how you think you should be and embrace who you deep down are.
