4-Week Semi-Private Functional Yoga Classes
Beginning March 25, I will be leading a semi-private personal training group at my home in the Kingscourt area of Kingston.
This group training session will help you gain the skills to practice and move out of pain, improve flexibility, build strength, and participate fully in your life with confidence. Inclusive of all bodies, the practice components will also empower you to build from your own flexibility and strength in a progressive way.
The session is limited to four participants.
